What is an e-ticket?

An e–ticket, also known as an electronic ticket, is an electronic document that contains the details of your bus ticket, like a unique confirmation number issued by the bus operator for the booking you have made, along with other details like your departure date, time, boarding point, conductor number and so on. It is important to carry a print-out of the e-ticket along with a valid photo-id proof at the time of bus departure.

Do I need to create an account to book bus tickets on ODBUS?

ODBUS login credentials can be used for booking bus tickets. In case a customer does not have an ODBUS login, they can book through guest user login by providing the required email ID and mobile number.

Does booking online cost me more?

Not at all! The price of the bus ticket is the same as what you would get from the bus operator, and sometimes it may even be discounted depending on the season or time.

Can I book a multi-city trip?

No, currently we do not have this facility. We will update you as soon as this feature is launched on our site.

While travelling with an infant on the bus, is there anything special I must know?

Make sure they have valid proof-of-age documents at the time of check-in, and note that infants must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Only one infant can be booked per adult, and infants below 2 years of age do not require a bus ticket as they are not allotted a seat.
